Well I burned a couple CDs full of stuff so I can delete it off my Mac hard drive. I am still really torn between Mac & PC; I'm sure I will have to get one of each.

I saw my sister this weekend; I went right back into annoying sister mode, funny how that happens. She and her boyfriend seem to be settling in well; however they have seen every touristy thing around Toronto so far that I would have suggested, even Montreal. LOL

I took a walk on the rail trail near my parents' house; the rails are long gone, and it's now a path through the woods and some fields.

round hay bales in the distance

purdy path & fields

old rail equipment with yellow weeds

road at almost sundown

well at least it isn't gravel

a whole field of... I dunno.

You really experience places differently first as a high school student, then as an adult. When I was younger, all we did was leave town to go back-to-school shopping, see movies, or stay in town and hang out in peoples' basements. Now I am all about finding the good places to go jogging, fast-food places, where the good groceries are, and a hardware store so I can replace the stuff I broke while cleaning up my apartment this weekend. Instead of hanging out in the wooded areas because there is nothing better to do, I am now hanging out in the wooded areas trying to relive my trip to Ireland (it's not too hard either), and most importantly, smell something that doesn't smell like diesel bus fumes or car exhaust.

nice pics. You're lucky to have a spot like that to retreat to.
