So who else calls Victoria Day weekend "May two-four weekend"? ie after the two-four case of beer? Is it a regional thing? Just wondering.

On further reflection, I have definitely heard that term before. I think prefixing it with "May" jogged my memory...

As far as I'm aware, I don't know anyone who calls it the Victoria Day weekend anymore. We all call it the May 2-4.
