Well, I went for a run (well, a walk with some running) today. I felt I had to, in spite of -10 weather + windchill, to bust up these mid-winter cabin fever blues. So far it's worked. It makes me think of that New Order song that goes "I used to think that the day would never come, that my life would depend on the morning sun."
