What is really hilarious is that the foods that likely make my tummy hurt don't taste any less yummy.

eg. for some reason my stomach is acting up, at what, 6:30 am? But I still wanted cereal and milk this morning. Milk sometimes makes my life difficult (no seeming pattern, so I still have it on cereal) so I am eating rice crackers, and happily my tummy has settled down.

mostly since I watch what I eat, I have no/little tummy discomfort, but last night it hurt real bad... I don't know what I could have eaten, but I was eating things out of my routine at the dinner party last night... might have been the salami. But I did buy some of those yummy 2 bite brownies... hope it wasn't those! but I only ate 3... so six bites. zjkzjkzjzjz

Isn't there an inversely proportional relation between how yummy food is and how good it is for your body?

Just like, according to Garfield, there is a measuring unit for how yummy food is: the calorie.
