Me, although I'm from Holland, and should probably know about cows, too, I don't because I'm a city guy, not a country boy...

heh I grew up in farm country. Some kids talk about sports stats, my friend and I discussed horses and cows. :P Holstein-Frisians were first bred in Holland. :)

I like the pictures of the Jersey with it snout practically in the camera and the Hereford cos it's so fluffy looking :-D
