there is water, or something, pouring from the balcony above. Rain? no, I looked out the other window. Someone watering flowers at night? Hmm. Bathtub overflowing in the unit above? Hope not! Something to do with an air conditioner? I like that one best. I hope my ceiling doesn't cave in. I'd sure hate to have to wake the super at 2 am.

*looks upward, raising one eyebrow*
