I found that certain albums have helped me to deal with stress. In high school, it was Scritti Politti's Cupid & Psyche 85, in university it was Peter Gabriel's So, and most recently it's been John Mayer's Heavier Things. I forgot about relaxing with music until last night; now I poked through my music collection trying to figure out what else would do the trick.
Also what helps is my kitty cat. Pets do help with stress. That is if you like pets. LOL
Another thing I find helps is to get the heck outside. I went for a run today and yesterday before work. It was awesome to smell the smells of spring, except the dog poo smells.

The smell of Spring *is* the smell of dog poo. The smell of poo in the morning - it's how I know Spring is here.

I liked it better last week when it was still just frozen enough that the poo hadn't thawed out. Somehow I could still smell melting soil and other naturey-non-poo things.

yeah I know its very bizzare Green has such a gorgeous voice and I liked his princess Diana hair too...!
