I gotta say I am enjoying the info from j_mayer_fans better than the encyclopedic amount of ? at MSM. It was so refreshing to have a little peek at the LJ community rather than have to wade through the AP at MSM.

Of course, I am reading Pattern Recognition and every time they mention boards and their peculiar cultures, it reminds me of the little village that is MSM.

Victoria Day weekend is coming up, I am going to a little get-together at my friend's house, after I go shopping for stuff like any regular saturday. However, I go away next weekend: to see bloobert! It will be fun to see him as I haven't seen him in ages.

At sheeba.ca there is another owl-cat pic, and I showed it to a Cantonese speaker at work, and she said that the Cantonese word for "owl" is "mao tao ying," "cat headed eagle." LOL!!!
