(no subject)

My FTP server tells me things like "disconnecting as you have been inactive for 180 seconds" and another FTP server says pithy things like "try typing faster next time!" and "Trust the computer." (i have a screen grab somewhere of _that_ one if you need proof.)

Today am going to ponder the connections between these server messages and the rest of my life. Before I finish, I will get out of my living room, mail some christmas presents overseas, and spend the day in Square One. or at square one. Well both, really. Maybe the rest of the day.

I hate getting started after noon, what a freakin' waste of a day. grrrhhhmmm.
