I think that lately a measure of my maturity and adulthood can be measured by how I react to annoying people at work, whether take the high road and tune them out completely, or engage in a kind of dumb discussion or argument with them.
What really annoys me is this one person who ignores me. This one dude does this consistently; he tunes me out when I open my mouth. He is an older dude and I wonder if when he sees me he doesn't see me as a real person.
